The Seaview Bed and Breakfast is located in the vibrant and cosmopolitan town of Brighton, on the South East Coast of the UK.  The Seaview is situated in one of the prime locations in Brighton with easy access to the railway station, shops, bars, restaurants and clubs. It also benefits from nearby public parking and spectacular views of Brighton Beach.  Brighton is an extremely popular tourist destination and is therefore served by excellent road and rail networks. Brighton is just 53 minutes by train from central London (Victoria) and 25 minutes from Gatwick Airport.

by coach: Brighton coach station is close to Brighton pier, from there walk west along Kings Roads until you reach Regency Square.

by air: Gatwick airport is 40 minutes drive by car and approximately 25 minutes by train.
